John McCain Says His Comey Questioning Sucked Because He Stays Up Late Watching Diamondbacks Games

Hey John, no problem buddy. Free pass from me. Far too often we see complete bullshit excuses from your colleagues. Far too often we’re fed dogshit and told it’s salmon. But not from you. You go right ahead and spin yourself off the planet trying to question Comey, check twitter, realize you’re getting killed, and release a statement revealing to the world you were simply up too late watching the DBacks. No problems here — happens to the best of us.

In fact, while writing how cool and honest this is, I actually realized it’s just politically genius from McCain. Who do you think the people of Arizona are more likely to vote for, the guy who can coherently question Jim Comey or the guy who stays up late watching the DBacks?
